If you are looking to blend or smudge colours together, and do not want to use your fingertips these paper stumps are ideal. They are tight spirals of fibrous papers rolled into a point. They can be used to smudge or spread applied colour.

Low Odour Solvent

Odourless Low Odour Solvent is great for blending Colour pencils (Like Primacolor). Coloured pencils are made with a wax binder and colour pigment. When the low odourless mineral spirits mixes with the pencils, it breaks down the wax and allows you to work with the pigment. Tools Needed - Paper stumps", Stumps are generally used for blending mediums such as charcoals.
