• Payment methods that we accept are:

a)                  Cheques or Postal Orders made payable to ‘Crafts U Love Ltd’.

b)                  Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron & Delta.

c)                  Paypal.

• When you place an order on our site, you process your own payment transaction through Protx (Secure Payment Gateway). Your account is instantly charged and there is no intervention on our part. Even if you place your order in the evening or at weekends, the Protx payment system is automatic and your account will be charged immediately.
   
• We aim to despatch your order within 2/3 working days (subject to stock availability). In most cases we despatch same or next day. If you require an order urgently please contact us direct and we will do our best to despatch same day (subject to stock availability) Please note during busy periods such as Sales, Free Shipping Promo's, Christmas etc despatch times may take a little longer.
   
• All orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Depending on order weight or value) or Interlink Couriers Next working day service. Please allow up to 12 working days for delivery once despatched before contacting us.
   

• NEXT DAY UK COURIER (Delivery next working day via Interlink) - Order by 1pm, Monday-Friday, for same day despatch. Orders made after 1pm may still be despatched the same day, otherwise despatch will be on the next working day (Monday-Friday only, excluding bank holidays). You will be contacted immediately if there is an out of stock item. Please note that Interlink uses a predict service that advises customers of a one hour delivery slot to save waiting in all day. So when placing your order please enter your mobile number in order to receive a text with your hour slot. If required the text can be used to re-arrange delivery for another day.
  SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE TO THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES:- Scottish Highlands: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH14-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. + Northern Ireland & Isle of White.

• When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Crafts U Love take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or If requested to leave with neighbour or in outbuilding. Please note that unless the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail or Interlink, a refund/replacement will not be issued.
   
• If delivery still not received within 15 working days of despatch we will require a letter confirming this (Required by Royal Mail). Once received a replacement order will be sent.
   
• Interlink will attempt delivery to the address given twice only and will try neighbours either side only if that is your instruction. Please remember that neighbours go out too. If Interlink cannot deliver or leave safe per instruction, it is up to the customer to collect their parcel from their Interlink depot. Re-direction to another address or a third delivery is chargeable to the customer at cost which is currently £5.00 plus VAT. This also applies where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode.
   
• If Interlink are unable to deliver or leave safe, Interlink keep parcels for 5 working days only before returning them to Crafts U Love Ltd. In this case the cost of the return (£5.00 + VAT) will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If the parcel is returned to Crafts U Love and then redelivered to the customer there will be two charges, the return (£5.00 + VAT) and the redelivery charge.
  
• International Shipping - Crafts U Love Ltd reserves the right to request further payment or cancel  any order that exceeds reasonable freight costs.
   
• Although we keep our stock levels up, in the event of an item being out of stock we will part ship your order or contact you for an alternative item.

• We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order. However if you are not happy with a product please return the item(s) to us within 7 working days for either a replacement, refund or a credit note. Please note that there may be a restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee will be will 10% to cover all costs incurred by Crafts U Love Ltd for the initial transaction, the refund costs (Both charges Crafts U Love Ltd incurs form Credit Card/Paypal) and the carriage costs. Any items returned must be in good condition and saleable as new. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any item(s) that are not returned in a reasonable condition.
   
• In the unlikely event of a faulty product please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement to be sent. Please note that if a returned item is tested and is not faulty then a postage charge will be applied.
  
  
• Gift Vouchers - All Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 Years from issue date.
   
• PRE-ORDER Products - If deposit is paid then this is not refundable unless Crafts U Love are unable to supply product.
   
• The prices shown online supersede all previous price lists and are subject to change without notice.
